I offer both virtual and in-person care to meet the diverse needs of my clients. My office is conveniently located in downtown Dallas, Oregon. My goal is to make mental health care accessible to those who need it. Virtual services reduce the time spent commuting and waiting for appointments, while also allowing individuals who may be unable to attend in person to access care. At the same time, I recognize the value of face-to-face sessions and understand that virtual care is not the best fit for everyone. For this reason, I also provide in-person appointments Monday through Thursday, with limited availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

I provide services to individuals across the lifespan and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment concerns, and relationship issues. I work with children and adolescents, families, and adults.

If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or other challenges that are impacting your ability to function, it may be beneficial to reach out for professional support. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of their experiences and develop effective strategies to cope with life’s challenges.
