My goal is to make care available to those who need it. Providing virtual care cuts down on your time spent driving to appointments, sitting in waiting rooms, and provides an opportunity for those that are unable to come to a physical location, access to services. I also understand that there is value in providing face-to-face sessions and virtual care is not always a good option.
Life has many ups and downs and it's all a journey, everyone has a different path to get to our destination. Therapy is a process. It is not perfect, but I will support you as you walk this path. I do not believe therapy is a one-size fits all process. Each person is as different as the therapy process. I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is the most important relationship, I hold no judgments and I strive to make the client feel comfortable and supported.
