Hi, I'm Kim.

Life is filled with both challenges and growth, and it is a journey unique to each individual. Everyone follows a different path toward their goals. Therapy is a process—not a perfect one—but I am committed to supporting you as you move forward on your path. I do not believe therapy is a one-size-fits-all approach; each person’s experience and needs are unique, and the therapeutic process should reflect that. I believe the relationship between client and therapist is the foundation of effective therapy. I offer a nonjudgmental, supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable, respected, and understood.

I provide therapeutic care to individuals across the lifespan. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, and relationship-related concerns. I work with children, families, and adults, and I am trained in EMDR therapy. Additionally, I have completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis and have over ten years of experience working with individuals with special needs.

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or challenges related to life decisions, I encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional who can provide guidance and support as you navigate these concerns.
